    To Schedule an Appointment:

    • We schedule by appointments only and do not accept walk-ins.
    • Please have your insurance information available when you call.
    • When you come in for your appointment, please remember to bring the following:
      • Driver’s License or State ID card with picture
      • Insurance information
      • Medications list (if applicable)
      • New patient forms (if applicable)

    To Cancel an Appointment:

    • We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice so your appointment time can be available for another patient seeking medical treatment.

    After-Hour Emergencies

    • Monday through Thursday, 5:00 pm – 8:00 am
    • Friday, 1:00 pm – 8:00 am
    • Saturday through Sunday, all day

    After hours & Specimen drop-off:

    • Location: Admitting (located on the hospital first floor).
    • Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Saturday, 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Sunday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    Hours for Specific Procedures

    • Blood specimens are collected during regular lab hours.
    • Rhogam injections are administered Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
    • Glucose Tolerance test – Testing must begin before 10:00 AM
