Ungelica Moses, APRN, RNC-OB, WHNP-BC

Ungelica is a board certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner who joined the practice in November of 2016.  She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from LSU A&M in Baton Rouge in December 2003.  She then obtained her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Delgado’s Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans in December 2006.  She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, in their RN to BSN program, in December 2009.  She has Telemetry-Stepdown ICU experience and was a Labor & Delivery nurse at East Jefferson General Hospital (EJGH) in Metairie, LA.  for 10 years.  While at EJGH, she earned a certification in Inpatient Obstetrics in 2011.  She completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Northwestern State University in Shreveport in May 2016.

Ungelica enjoys taking care of patients and is devoted to providing exceptional quality, holistic and individualized patient care.  She has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 2001. She is a member of the following professional organizations: Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP), American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) and Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH).  Ungelica is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau (Beta Chi chapter), an Honor Society of Nursing.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nicholas, their twin boys, Joseph and Caleb, and loves hanging out with her large family in New Orleans whenever she can.
